Terms of Service — LearnFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LearnFlow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Your organisation's administrator has agreed to these terms on behalf of your organisation when provisioning your account.

2. Description of Service

LearnFlow is a multi-tenant Learning Management System that enables organisations to create, deliver, and track online courses, quizzes, and learning content. Each organisation operates within an isolated tenant environment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must not share your account or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials.
You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised access.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
Upload executable files, malware, or files that exceed stated size limits
Circumvent authentication, session controls, or access restrictions

5. Content Ownership

Content uploaded by your organisation (course materials, videos, documents) remains the intellectual property of your organisation. By uploading content, you grant LearnFlow a limited licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform for your organisation.

6. Data Processing

LearnFlow acts as a data processor on behalf of your organisation (the data controller) for personal data processed through the Platform. Processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR obligations. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

7. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We provide support through the administrator of your organisation's instance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnFlow and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Your access may be terminated by your organisation administrator at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy §7).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. You will be asked to re-confirm acceptance when terms are materially updated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under EU/EEA law.
